A: Processing takes 3 and 5 business days, Custom pieces: between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and delivery times vary by method, during checkout this delivery estimates are generated.

3. Returns & Refunds
Each creation is a unique work, handmade with dedication and care. For this reason, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the purchase is confirmed, except in the following two cases:
– If the piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
– If the order received does not correspond to the item requested.
