Pieces ready to ship: between 3 and 5 business days.
Custom pieces: between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Delivery costs and times vary depending on the customer’s location.
Shipping Responsibility: Urban Art Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs, although we will always provide support in managing any issues.
2. Returns and Refunds Policy:
Each creation is a unique work, handmade with dedication and care. For this reason, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the purchase is confirmed, except in the following two cases:
– If the piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
– If the order received does not correspond to the item requested.
In these cases, the customer must contact us within 5 days of delivery, sending photographs of the product and the original packaging. Once the situation has been verified, we will offer a repair, replacement, refund, or partial or full credit, as appropriate.
